Pathronix Medical Inc. is pleased to announce that in a collaboration between our research department and scientists at Fairfield University, CT, USA, and the University of Toronto, the novel automated variable power cold microwave tissue processor was successfully developed and tested. This rapid tissue processor (PCT Application No. PCT/CA2020/000130 filed on Dec. 03, 202) simultaneously processes fatty and nonfatty tissues of different sizes using a universal tissue processing protocol without the use of formaldehyde and xylene.

The results were published in the journal of Acta Histochemica, Elsevier.
