The mission of Pathronix is to create and deliver innovative healthcare testing solutions for hospitals and health care systems.

Our goal is to create and deliver innovative healthcare solution, which has developed in ethical collaboration with medical professionals, which enhance the quality of life for patients and improve outcomes for our customers and shareholders.

We also maintain a friendly, fair, and creative work environment, which respects diversity, new ideas, and hard work.

In 2005, Pathronix was established to transfer our knowledge and expertise to the world of histopathology. In 2010, Pathronix designed and built its first generation of microwave tissue processor used in histology labs. The company is currently testing its novel patented fully automated microwave tissue processor (The fourth generation, UltraPath), which will be used in laboratories and hospital around the world.

Pathronix is a biomedical company that has been researching and developing rapid tissue processing technology solutions for over 10 years.

Meet our team of pathologists, engineers, and scientific researchers

Electronic engineering from the University of Toronto and has 20 years of experience in high tech industries. He worked as product engineer at Panasonic for seven years and is technical director at Office Tech. As well, he is owner and president of Novaran Medical Equipment Inc. Robert founded Pathronix medical in 2013 to advance innovation in medical technology and currently serves as CEO.

Robert Jaam, BEng
(CEO)

Anatomical and Clinical Pathologist from Tehran University of Medical Science, Iran, 1999. He has worked as a chief medical pathologist in hospitals and pathology laboratories since 1999.

Behrouz Oveysi, MD
(CSO)

MSc in eHealth Business from McMaster university and BSc in applied physics. Detailed oriented project manager, Business analyst with more than 20 years experience in medical field equipment.

Bruce Jaam, MSC
(COO)

PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University, Toronto. Director of the Center for Global Advanced Manufacturing (CGAM) at SUNY Ploy, Utica, USA. He is currently a visiting assistant professor
at the department of mechanical engineering, Fairfield University, CT, USA.

Naser Haghbin PHD
Technical Director

Anatomical and Clinical Pathologist from Tehran University of Medical Science, Iran, 2001. He has worked as an anatomical and clinical pathologist in private and public hospitals since 2001.

Mohsen Mohaddab MD
(CTO)

Honours degree in economics from the university of Waterloo and Electronics Diploma from RCC Toronto. John’s career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in operation, management and finance.

John Siriski
(CFO)

MEng in Mechanical Engineering from University of Toronto. Experienced Mechanical Engineer with a
demonstrated history of working in medical industry. Strong understanding of engineering principles,
prototyping and advanced manufacturing process

BEng in Mechanical engineering from Sharif University of Technology at Tehran. Diploma of tool and Die at Centennial College, certified solid works professional. Mehdi has more than 10 years experience at (SAPCO) in Tehran as a design engineer. He proved his outstanding skills and knowledge at Pathronix.
